BOBBIN Type
A bobbin type heater is an industrial electric heating element consisting of a ceramic core (bobbin) wound with resistance wire and enclosed in a protective metal sheath. It is designed for air and gas heating applications where uniform heat distribution and high operating temperatures are required. Commonly used in ovens, dryers, duct heaters, and process heating systems, typical technical features include high-temperature ceramic insulation, nichrome heating wire, robust outer casing, various power ratings and sizes, and reliable performance in continuous-duty industrial environments.
