ATS
An ATS is a critical power management device used to automatically transfer electrical load between two power sources, typically the main utility supply and a backup generator or inverter. When the primary power fails or becomes unstable, the ATS detects the interruption and switches to the backup source without manual intervention. Widely used in hospitals, data centers, industries, and commercial buildings, ATS systems ensure uninterrupted power supply, operational continuity, and enhanced safety for sensitive equipment.
